Morning stretches

 

1. Toe Touch. Do in bed when you first wake up!

 

2. Neck & Shoulder stretches. They will help any kinks or tension you may have experienced from sleeping.

 

3. Spinal Twist. (Feels SO good) and relieves tension in your lower back.

 

4. Stretch your Quads. They can be the most overworked muscle in your body.
